I’ve spent my career inside automotive retail, not observing it, not theorizing about it, but operating, leading, fixing, and building within it.

My background spans:

  • Dealership leadership and operational turnarounds

  • Performance coaching across sales and fixed operations

  • Product strategy and technology design in automotive SaaS

  • Real-world execution in both high-growth and constrained markets

Everything I do is rooted in how dealerships actually function day to day.

Not a Consultant by Default

I’m often described as a consultant.

That’s not inaccurate, but it’s incomplete.

Today, my work lives across three active roles:

  • Helping shape and influence automotive retail technology

  • Coaching and developing real dealership teams

  • Defining frameworks and best practices that are tested in live environments

That combination matters.

It means my thinking isn’t theoretical.
It’s proven, pressure-tested, and accountable to results.

My Perspective

Auto retail doesn’t need more noise.

It needs:

  • Better questions

  • Clearer thinking

  • Fewer assumptions

  • Solutions that respect both the customer and the operator

I believe:

  • Loyalty is engineered, not gifted

  • Strategy must be visible and executable

  • Technology only matters if it changes behavior

  • Confidence is built through clarity, not hype
